Being the first clinic in Karnataka to obtain the NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) recertification under the Allopathic Clinic Standard, Apollo Clinic in Koramangala, Bengaluru, has accomplished a noteworthy milestone. A symbol of excellence, this accreditation honors medical facilities that meet strict requirements for clinical results, patient safety, and care quality. The clinic’s accomplishment demonstrates its dedication to offering top-notch care and establishes a new standard for healthcare services in the area.

Apollo Health and Lifestyle’s Head of Quality, Gaurav Loria, took satisfaction in the recertification, highlighting how it demonstrates the clinic’s commitment to ongoing development. He pointed out that the NABH accreditation procedure is exacting and demands that strict guidelines be followed in all facets of healthcare delivery. He also expressed gratitude to the clinic staff for their dedication to providing high-quality care and their hard work.

This is the second accreditation cycle for the clinic. • regular facility and safety checks to guarantee a safe atmosphere and proactively handle possible threats.
  • To reduce patient risks, strict infection prevention and control procedures as well as pharmaceutical safety precautions are put into place.

The clinic has also put in place cutting-edge tools like the Innovative Queue Management System (iQMS) to streamline procedures and OTP-based online feedback gathering to guarantee patient confidentiality and legitimacy. Other noteworthy projects include of:

  • sending lab results via email or registered SMS that is connected to the Prohealth portal.
  • facilitating simple access to medical records by uploading company health check-up reports to the E-Doc 2.0 site.
  • planning quality-related tasks all year long by keeping an annual quality calendar and an automated dashboard of quality indicators.

This certification comes after Apollo Clinic’s Anna Nagar center in Chennai received its first NABH recognition. Following a comprehensive assessment of a clinic’s infrastructure, operating procedures, patient care, and facilities, the NABH certification is granted. Apollo Clinic is a leader in the Indian healthcare industry thanks to this accreditation, which highlights its unrelenting dedication to providing high-quality healthcare services, upholding responsibility, and enhancing patient outcomes.
